Lead the architecture and engineering of products and platforms that are the technology backbone of the LifeLock member products. Work with VP of Engineering to develop strategically and systematically bring our development tools and technologies up without compromising the integration of our products. Set the vision for how our platform is architected, engineered, tested and released to our members and partners. Lead Symantec system integration for future partners' integration (onboarding). Create new technology platforms to scale, in order to support new partners and new markets. Create technology capability for cross sale LifeLock and Symantec products. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to co-develop roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, ensure business continuity, and provide analytics and post-mortems related to engineering and product. Work with other functions to develop plans to speed up our release cycle by establishing a reliable mechanism for monitoring and quantifying the quality of the release process and leverage the results to drive improvements. Promote a culture that drives the results of reducing technical debt, eliminating dependencies, and streamline our code. Create the means to introduce, test, and integrate new technologies into our products. Manage service and software vendor relationship and contract negotiation. Communicate effectively with all levels in the Product and Technology group as well as supporting functions. Supervise and directly manage a team of 6 or more software developers to provide leadership, guidance and decision making around engineering efforts. Work with cross functional teams with competing priorities and requirements, influencing others to accept alternative approaches. Build multi-tier, consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale using the following technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring, Axis, XML, EJB3, JDBC, RESTful, SOAP API/Web Services, NoSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, Message Broker, JMS Queues, Topics, Apache Wicket, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, Micro Services Architecture, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, CI/CD in Jenkins and Bamboo and JUnit, JMock, Mockito. Exhibit technical management expertise with demonstrated leadership and team building skills. Protect all forms of highly confidential and proprietary business information and maintenance of the highest standards of privacy and security. Work with agile development and methodologies and Cloud computing. Create and launch new technology platforms and B2B integration with external partners. Work within an engineering organization, recruiting top engineers and establishing engineering organizational policies. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field and 10 years experience in job offered or in a software design and development occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field plus 96 MONTHS of experience in a software design and development occupation. 1. 8 years of experience building multi-tier, consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale using the following technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring, Axis, XML, EJB3, JDBC, RESTful, SOAP API/Web Services, NoSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, Message Broker, JMS Queues, Topics, Apache Wicket, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, Micro Services Architecture, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, CI/CD in Jenkins and Bamboo and JUnit, JMock, Mockito; 2. 8 years of technical management expertise with demonstrated leadership and team building skills; 3. 8 years of experience protecting all forms of highly confidential and proprietary business information and maintenance of the highest standards of privacy and security; 4. 8 years of experience in agile development and methodologies; 5. 8 years of experience with an engineering organization and recruiting top engineers; 6. 4 years of experience in managing a team or teams of people directly; 7. 4 years of experience creating and launching new technology platforms and B2B integration with external partners; 8. 4 years of Cloud computing experience; 9. 3 years of experience working with cross functional teams with competing priorities and requirements, influencing others to accept alternative approaches; 10. 3 years of experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously; 11. 3 years of vendor management experience; and 12. 3 years of experience in establishing engineering organizational policies. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
