Responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing operations processes, procedures, programs and strategies to increase technical and operational efficiencies both within the group and other functions. Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making and policy formulation. Operate in an intra/inter-functional business and data analysis environment with emphasis on research and project work. Deliver consistent planning and controls across multiple locales. Work directly with business users to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions. Formulate and apply operational modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Design functional details of business solutions and consult with users to divine ways for improving business processes and solutions for Customer Data Management. Own all data cleansing processes, vendor engagement and personnel activities; perform complex activities covering customer data, including customer merges, account name resolution, and other activities which involve collaboration with front-line teams; and will execute responsibility for the Customer Data Library, performing data quality activities on customer data, as identified by the Data Quality Management Team in environments that include, but is not limited to Customer Data Hub, ERP, and Salesforce.com. Represent data quality in IT system architecture and application design projects and throughout the business workflow determination process. Review business processes for operational effectiveness, implementing changes and improvement where necessary. Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a computer-related occupation.
