Participate in all software product development life cycle activities. Move software products through the product development cycle from design and development to implementation and testing. Work as part of a team for the design, process, manufacturing, testing and quality of products as they move from conception through distribution. Responsible for driving product management initiatives as part of the Data Loss Prevention Product Management team. Develop and drive product strategy, direction and vision. Gather customer requirements, analyze competitive information, and identify and prioritize product initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional team to launch new products or new features. Set pricing and licensing strategy. Develop go-to-market plans and drive forward implementation. Work with Product Marketing to develop marketing collaterals. Support Field Enablement in product training. Support sales through direct engagement with prospects and customers. Closely monitor business situation and assist in resource planning by conducting business analytics and financial forecasting. Determine and support technology partnerships. Assist in vetting technology firms for potential acquisition. Employer will accept Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 3 year(s) of work experience in job offered or 3 year(s) of work experience in a product management-related, marketing-related, engineering-related, or computer-related occupation. Job requires 3 years experience in the following: 1. Developing and driving product strategy, direction and vision 2. Engaging Customers and Prospects to understand pain points, gathering product requirements and prioritizing requirements 3. Collaborating with cross functional teams to define product requirements and launch new products 4. Formulating pricing strategy and setting pricing and licensing on a per product level 5. Developing Go-to-market plans and driving execution by cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics 6.
