Participate in all software product development life cycle activities. Move software products through the product development cycle from design and development to implementation and testing. Work as part of a team for the design, process, manufacturing, testing and quality of products as they move from conception through distribution. Drive product strategy and execution for consumer software and services businesses. Ability to identify and prioritize user and business growth initiatives. Ability to establish a product roadmap based on highest impact initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the roadmap in an agile manner. Utilize graduate-level research and analysis skills. Employer will accept Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 3 year(s) of work experience in job offered or 3 year(s) of work experience in a finance-related, product management-related, engineering-related, or computer-related occupation. Position requires 3 years experience in: 1. Business analysis, specifically in the following: • analyzing business opportunities and problem solving complex business issues • Mining and manipulating internal and external sources of information to generate strategic insights • Financial modeling to generate business case and drive prioritization • Building and maintaining data models to support business initiatives 2. Market strategy, specifically in the following: • Development of strategy for creating and launching new products as well as for growing existing products based on customer input and market analysis • Analyzing industry and analyst reports to assess current markets and identify future market opportunities 3. Competitive analysis in the following: • Evaluating competitor website and products to understand their products and strategies • Reviewing business reports (such as SEC Filings, Annual Reports), analyst reports (such as Krebs and AV-Test) and attending conferences (such as RSA and CES) to create a competitive landscape view and enable strategic decision making 4. Operational management in the following • driving complex projects under tight deadlines • Influencing and driving alignment in the organization across a cross-functional set of stakeholders 5. Project management in the following: • prioritizing and working on multiple projects simultaneously • Applying learnings from market strategy and financial modeling to develop and maintain product roadmap • interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management and functions • creating and delivering compelling presentations on product strategy and project execution status 6. User experience design and development in the following: • Designing experiments to measures the impacts of different product configurations. • Building in product telemetry to collect critical data to inform product engagement and user interaction • Applying product telemetry to guide product design decisions
