Direct and supervise team of engineering (QA and/or development teams). Develop standards for products and/or oversee development and execution of software and/or analysis of test results. Plan, design, develop and implement processes. Assist in setting product direction by analyzing product requirements and customer needs. May be involved throughout all stages of software product lifecycle including design, prototyping, implementation, modification, upgrades and maintenance. Ensure reliability of development and implementation of broad range of standard to mission critical systems processes and projects affecting the organization worldwide. Responsible for success of all IT functions, services and standards related to the operation, performance, and availability of all associated systems and services. Ensure successful project support and necessary system, policy or process changes for supported functional and/or technical organizations. Interact with Sr. Management and executive level to design and implement company wide solutions. Lead and establish global standards and best practices. Responsible for creating strategic functional and/or technical plan/program that supports business needs and ensuring there is a cooperative effort between IT and Business management and teams. Oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts. Enforce consistent alignment with global IT teams. Enforce organizational compliance with all company policies and security practices. Develop and maintain business contingency plans. Manage team of senior Individual Contributors supporting multiple projects and organizations. Number of persons to be supervised, if any, 8. Employer will accept Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 2 years experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and five years of work experience in job offered or five years of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, experience or training is acceptable. Job requires: 1. CRM Program implementation 2. Project management methodology: PMI and SCRUM 3. Manage and Provides guidance to software developers for implementing and managing salesforce.com CRM applications for service cloud implementation 7. Problem solving and analysis of complex business problems/issues, debugging software application issues while implementing salesforce.com CRM 8. Development of business process architecture 9. Oversee aspects of software development life cycle right from initial kick off through execution and final delivery following SCRUM/Agile methodology 10. Communicate and Collaborate with business partners to provide project estimates and develop overall solution plan 11. Understanding customer care and technical support processes across the organization and recommend solutions by implementing salesforce.com CRM by following best practices and methodologies using efficient and scalable approach 12. technical and functional knowledge of Oracle, CRM platform – Salesforce.com and its system integrations 13.
