Collaborate between multiple teams to solve complex interaction problems, humanize product ideas and develop them into well designed solutions. Own design across Web, Desktop and Mobile applications by architecting interaction models, wireframes and high fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimize customers interaction. Based on user problems, iteratively create prototypes to validate and evolve solutions. Understand the Symantec Enterprise customer and serve as their advocate when making design decisions. Present design solutions to stakeholders and executives, defend design decisions and apply feedback into the design cycle. Drive usability initiatives in an agile environment to improve experience. Illustrate solutions with detailed site and product architectures, user flows, and wireframes. Collaborate across teams to understand customer behavior. Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, interviews, and surveys. The primary focus is the creation of a cross portfolio style and interaction model that will act as a central design baseline for enterprise products. Customers at various levels of enterprise security maturity will need to be supported. Design process will follow an incremental design model to support an independently developed shared components, integrated across multiple products for a shared experience model and appearance. The role will intake new design information as products are developed, identify candidates for global pattern implementation and manage integrating and propagating those designs to the portfolio. Utilize graduate-level research and analysis skills. Employer will accept Master¹s degree in User Interface Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, Computer Science or related technical field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or experience in Interaction Designer-related occupation. Position requires 3 years’ experience in the following: 1. Graphic User Interface Design (eg. Adobe, Sketch) 2. User Interaction Design 3. Enterprise Product Design 4. Product and flow Prototyping (eg. InVision, Omnigraffle, Balsamic) 5. Working with Remote teams 6. HTML and CSS Position requires 2 years experience in the following: 7. Mobile Product Design 8. Agile Methodologies (eg. SCRUM, Kanban, XD, Lean)
